How Do I Claim?

Anything that you use in your working day that is a direct cost of doing your job can be claimed for against your income tax.

You can claim for Mileage between work calls at 45 pence per mile.

You can claim for Subsistence which is your meals whilst on call. This means £5 for a 5+ hour shift and £10 for two meals if on a 10+ hour shift.

You can claim for all your PPE costs so that you and those you care for are kept safe.

You can claim for these items and more on the user-friendly WPYC Expense App. Simply make your submissions by the end of your working week for them to be included in your tax calculation. We will keep a record of all your submissions so we can help when it comes to the time for self-assessment.

How the process works

We calculate your pay

Your agency has asked us to process your payments on their behalf. They will send us your hours and rates and we will process your earnings on our HMRC approved software, making sure your Tax and NI is calculated accurately. Your deductions will be calculated on a pay-by-pay basis and paid to HMRC monthly.

Our fees

Please contact us for an affordable price. The admin fee covers the cost of making your payment, all compulsory submissions such as accounts, partnership filings and payments to HMRC. Also, as part of our service we can help you in the completion of your self-assessment.
